IMEI, serial number, barcode & MRP tag must match and be visible.

Complete Product

All accessories, freebies, manuals & combo items must be included.

Unused Product

Product must be unused, unwashed, with intact seals & tags.

Undamaged Product

No scratches, dents, tears or damage to the product.

Original Packaging

Product's original box/packaging should be undamaged.

For Electronics

Device must be formatted, screen lock & iCloud disabled.

General Rules

  1. Replacement Unavailable: If seller cannot process a replacement, a refund will be provided instead.
  2. Missing Accessories: If an accessory is missing/damaged, seller may replace just the accessory or issue store credit.
  3. Open Box Delivery: Once you accept an open box delivery, returns are only for manufacturing defects. Learn more
  4. Installation Products: Do not open packaging yourself. GoodGuy authorized personnel will help with unboxing and installation.
  5. Furniture Returns: Issues will first be checked by service personnel who may replace faulty parts. Full replacement only if part replacement won't solve the issue.
  6. Return Limit: GoodGuy reserves the right to restrict the number of returns per order after evaluation.
