Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Nigeria. Lagos and major cities usually receive orders within 2-4 days, while other states may take 5-7 days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
You can track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. Click on any order to see detailed tracking information. You'll also receive SMS and email updates as your order progresses.
Yes! We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria including the FCT. Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size/weight of items. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

We offer returns within 7-30 days depending on the product category. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. Electronics have a 7-day return window, while clothing and accessories have up to 30 days. Some items like underwear and perishables are non-returnable.
Once your return is approved and received at our facility, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For bank transfers, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the funds to reflect.

Once your product is successfully delivered to the customer, you'll receive payment within 7 days. Payments are securely transferred directly to your registered bank account after deducting applicable commission fees.
